Guiding questions, from my manager.
Ask yourself, repeatedly: what is the result I'm looking for?
what is the result you want from your idea?
What are you thinking it will accomplish? What should it accomplish? Get
. Write it down and refer back.
what is the result I want from my presentation?
Again, write that down.
And set reminders for yourself to keep asking these questions as you move through the process.
It's enormously easy to be drawn off The Result. Continue to focus yourself.
